WIN 2 NIGHTS AT BREEZY VIEWS APARTMENT BOWEN
- PROMOTER
The promoter of this promotion (“Promotion”) is Integrity Pest Control Mackay (“Promoter”).
- PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2.1 Entry is open on Thursday, 27 August 2026 only (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
2.2 Entry is only available in person to individuals physically present at the Promoter’s stand at Caneland Central Shopping Centre, Mangrove Road & Victoria Street, Mackay QLD 4740, during the Entry Period. Remote, online, or off-site entries are not valid.
- HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Free entry: To receive one (1) entry into the draw, an eligible individual must, during the Entry Period and while present at the Promoter’s stand at Caneland Central, scan the QR code provided by the Promoter and complete the entry form with their full name, phone number, and email address.
3.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3.3 Each eligible individual may submit one (1) free entry.
- BONUS ENTRY
4.1 In addition to the free entry described in clause 3, an eligible individual who books a pest control treatment with Integrity Pest Control Mackay during the Entry Period will receive one (1) additional bonus entry into the draw.
4.2 The bonus entry is optional and is not required to enter or win the Promotion.
4.3 Each eligible individual may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus entry, in addition to their one (1) free entry (maximum two (2) entries per person).
- ELIGIBILITY
5.1 Entry is open to individuals who are:
(a) Aged eighteen (18) years or over; and
(b) Physically present at the Promoter’s stand at Caneland Central, Mackay, during the Entry Period.
5.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any agents or contractors directly associated with the administration of this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
5.3 By entering, entrants declare that they satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Promoter may request proof of age or identity and may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes does not meet these requirements.
- THE PRIZE
6.1 The prize is two (2) nights’ accommodation at Breezy Views Apartment, Bowen, QLD (“Prize”).
6.2 The Prize does not include meals, transport, travel insurance, or any other costs or expenses not specifically stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6.3 The Prize is subject to accommodation availability and Breezy Apartments’ own booking terms and conditions. Booking dates must be mutually agreed between the winner and Breezy Apartments, subject to availability.
6.4 The Prize is not transferable to another person, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
6.5 Total prize pool value is estimated at the current retail rate for two nights’ accommodation at Breezy Apartments, Bowen, at the time of the draw.
- THE DRAW
7.1 The draw will take place on Friday, 28 August 2026, at the Promoter’s premises.
7.2 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, in accordance with clauses 3 and 4.
7.3 The draw will be conducted by the Promoter, or a representative of the Promoter, using a fair and verifiable method of random selection.
- NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
8.1 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry, within two (2) business days of the draw.
8.2 The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to notification, within seven (7) days of the first attempted contact, the Promoter reserves the right to deem the prize forfeited and to conduct a new draw to select an alternative winner, at the Promoter’s discretion.
8.3 The winner may also be announced on the Promoter’s social media and/or website. By entering, entrants consent to their first name being used for this purpose if they are the winner.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
9.1 By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (name, phone number, and email address) for the purposes of:
(a) Administering this Promotion, including conducting the draw and contacting the winner; and
(b) Contacting the entrant with future marketing and promotional communications about Integrity Pest Control Mackay’s products and services, including via email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and via SMS or phone.
9.2 Entrants may opt out of receiving future marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter directly or using the unsubscribe method provided in any marketing communication (for example, the unsubscribe link in a Mailchimp email), without affecting their entry into this Promotion.
9.3 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Entrants may contact the Promoter to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
- GENERAL
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has engaged in any fraudulent or improper conduct.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions under applicable law, where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any injury, loss, or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
10.5 This Promotion is conducted by Integrity Pest Control Mackay in Queensland. As a free-to-enter promotional game of chance conducted to promote the Promoter’s goods and services, no permit or licence is required for this Promotion in Queensland.
10.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
